How We Work

Initial Review
Upon receiving your data for VAT, bookkeeping, or accounts, we conduct an initial review to ensure all necessary information is provided. If anything is missing, we promptly send a query to the client for clarification.
Task Management
Tasks progress through stages—Work in Progress (WIP), Query, and Completion. Once all data is received, a dedicated team member handles the task. Queries are shared with clients as needed, and tasks without queries are completed efficiently.
Weekly Updates
Every Monday, we send a detailed weekly report outlining tasks in progress, pending queries, and expected completion dates, keeping you informed at every stage.
Query Follow-Up
Based on the weekly report, we send reminders for unresolved queries to help clients address outstanding issues promptly.
Client Communication
We schedule client calls as necessary to discuss task priorities, address pending queries, and ensure seamless collaboration.
Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)
We prefer using RDP for seamless outsourcing. Clients provide a standalone PC or server with secure login credentials. Our team accesses the system, completes tasks, and logs out after each session.
Online Software
For cloud-based operations, we work with platforms like ReceiptBank, HubDoc, AutoEntry, and integrated bookkeeping tools. We analyze ledgers, prepare adjustments, and synchronize data with accounting and tax software, ensuring accurate and efficient workflows.
Offline Work
For traditional offline methods, clients upload data to platforms like FTP, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Our team downloads and processes the files within our secure network, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
